TYPES OF COURSES
Every Italian language course is in small classes (maximum 8 or 10 students): this allows the teacher to follow every student personally, and the student to really practice the Italian language.
When you come to the school you are among students from all over the world, of all ages and with different interests: you will find good friends, maybe for the rest of your life!
COURSES AVAILABLE IN EVERY SCHOOLS :
COURSE 20h / week except Cagliari 15h/week
The Intensive Standard Course is the most requested by the students of the school because it combines many hours of lessons (20 hours per week) with a relaxing and cosy atmosphere. You can enroll just for one week or for months at a time. 4 hours of lesson every day ensures a constant and lasting contact with the language and develops a perfect harmony between teachers and students. The teaching method is based on the Communicative Approach and focuses on developing the communication skills of the students; the study of grammar is always conceived as complementary. Students are called to use the Italian language in real scenarios, related to their daily life
COURSE 30h / week
The Intensive Plus Course is recommended to those students of the Italian school who need to learn Italian quickly. The 6 lessons are full immersion Italian language courses which are held everyday. This quickens the student's ability to understand the language and speak easily in a few weeks. The didactic activities require a remarkable commitment and are conceived to reach the maximum standard in the minimum amount of time. Success is guaranteed, because the intensity of the course creates a thorough and effective use of the Italian language. You can enroll just for one week or for several months. 6 hours per day include: 2 hours of language and grammar 2 hours of conversation and didactical activities 2 hours of Italian culture with an intercultural approach
ONE-TO-ONE COURSE
Start date: at the student's discretion Duration: recommended at least 2 hours per lesson Frequency: recommended at least 2 lessons per week Hours: at the student’s discretion Level: every level.
Individual Courses are ideal for those students of the school who want to learn Italian in a totally relaxed and harmonious atmosphere. It's even possible to have a lesson out of the class, enjoying the great position of the school.

PART TIME COURSE
Start: any day of the week Group tuition: 2/3 times per week Frequency: 2 lessons per time - Each lessons lasts 50 minutes Maximum 5 students per class
The Part Time Course is the perfect solution for those students of the Italian language school living in the city and for professional reasons can come to the school only during the evening. The course is also recommended to students who have a good knowledge of the Italian language and want to refresh it with a couple of lessons every week, using the rest of the day to visit the city and to enjoy the holidays. The course is also recommended to those students who need a certificate in the language, because the course participants are often interested in obtaining a certification and the program is designed with this in mind.
COURSE 20+5 or 20+10 (5 or 10 ONE TO ONE classes) Genoa, Pisa, Venice, Siena.
4 hours in a small group + 1 or 2 hours a day one-to-one with a specialized instructor to study one subject in detail or to perfect a skill you are interested in.
BUSINESS COURSES (in Florence, Milan and Bologna)
In addition to Italian grammar and syntax, this hands-on course will teach you the Italian you need for: telephoning, meeting customers and visitors, traveling for work, negotiating, handling business correspondence, reports and summaries, memos, e-mails, faxes, money matters, figures and graphs, commercial papers, marketing and sales, import export, delivery and after sales. Case studies will illustrate concepts and you'll have the opportunity to practice skills in small groups and role plays; if you have your own business or if you are going to start it, this is the very course for you!
PREPARATION COURSES FOR CILS AND CELI EXAMS (Bologna, Cagliari, Florence, Milan, Venice and Trieste)
We offer high quality preparation for students wishing to study for a CILS or CELI exam and so obtain certification of their level in the Italian language. We only use teachers who have had significant previous experience preparing students for the CELI and CILS exams, and so are able to offer our students the best possible preparation. There are two main types of Italian language exam available, the main difference being that they are organised and run by different universities.
Most students who wish to sit one of the CILS or CELI Italian exams choose to follow a standard Italian course at an appropriate level, plus individual lessons to focus on the specific skills needed for the exams. You will probably need to buy a suitable book, to aid you in your preparation for the CELI or CILS exam at your level.

EVENING ITALIAN COURSES (for students and others!) Bologna
We offer evening classes, twice a week, for four weeks. Our Evening Italian language courses consist of two 3-hour lessons a week, making a total of six hours of Italian lessons a week for four weeks giving a total of 24 hours of study, plus homework, plus the FREE social programme.
Classes are held in the evenings, normally from 18:00 to 21:00. On arrival students are tested to find out their level, then placed in a suitable class with other students at a similar level. Classes have a minimum of 4 students and a maximum of 10. Classes will involve learning Italian grammar and vocabulary, speaking and listening as much as possible, as well as some reading and writing. Our aim is to develop your ability to understand and communicate in Italian, not just to teach you grammar.
PREPARATORY FOR FASHION AND DESIGN SCHOOL (Florence and Milan)
The main aim of the course is to adequately prepare students who will attend fashion or design schools after completion of their Italian language studies. The course provides participants with solid language and vocabulary knowledge in the fashion and design field. The course will give an insight in the sociological and historical aspects of the industry. Lessons 20 lessons per week (45 minutes each lesson).
